How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at help@spektivgear.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
