Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California (USA).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • Tracking: Included on all orders

  • Insurance: USPS coverage included

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or displayed as a flat rate, depending on the product.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following countries:

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 10–18 business days

  • Australia: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Spektiv Gear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
International tracking may show limited updates once the package leaves the United States, depending on the destination country’s postal service.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to reship.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors provided by the customer.
