We primarily use Carbon Fiber-Reinforced PETG and PLA Plus filaments. Both are upgraded materials chosen for their strength, durability, and performance in real-world use.
PLA Plus is an enhanced version of standard PLA. It offers improved strength, better impact resistance, and greater heat tolerance while maintaining a clean, precise finish. Compared to basic PLA, PLA Plus is far less brittle, making it better suited for functional, everyday gear rather than decorative parts.
PETG-CF takes durability even further. By reinforcing PETG with carbon fiber, this material delivers exceptional stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability. It resists heat, wear, and deformation better than most standard filaments, and the carbon fiber adds a refined, matte finish while increasing structural performance. This makes PETG-CF ideal for demanding, professional-grade applications.
Why not standard filaments?
Basic filaments often prioritize ease of printing over long-term performance. By using PLA Plus and PETG-CF, we’re able to create products that are tougher, more reliable, and better suited for real-world use without compromising on fit, finish, or design.
